Then set sail to Durnstein at noon, a medieval castle town situated in the UNESCO World Heritage “Wachau Valley” wine region. 

The Wachau Valley is most memorable for the breathtaking views of castle ruins, monasteries, and vertical vineyards that appear to be at 90-degree inclines. Enjoy the rest of the day at leisure.You may explore the town on your own pace, see the ruins of Durnstein Castle where King Richard of England, also known as Richard the Lionheart, was imprisoned. Overnight onboard.

Esztergom, a small town which however played an important role 1000 years ago, in the establishment of the Hungarian state. You are welcome to explore this small town on your own. Set sail to Budapest in the evening. Overnight onboard.

As we head back to Vienna and prepare to disembark in the morning, our dedicated land tour assistant will warmly welcome you at the port and facilitate your transfer to Prague, the vibrant capital of the Czech Republic.
