Full board on board. Today we wake up in Dürnstein, a charming village in the heart of the winding Wachau Valley with a medieval castle. From the dock, you can directly access the historic city center on foot, passing through the medieval city gates and reaching Pranger Square. From here, you'll have a beautiful view of the castle ruins, famous for being the place where Richard "the Lionheart" was supposedly imprisoned. Don't miss the opportunity to taste the typical wines of the Wachau region.
At noon, we will leave Dürnstein to enjoy the landscapes offered by the wonderful Wachau Valley. In the early afternoon, we will dock in Melk, enjoy the walking tour in a small town located in the heart of the impressive Wachau Valley, renowned for its magnificent Benedictine Abbey that towers above the river.
In the late afternoon, the ship will depart from the town of Melk and sail towards Linz. Night on board.
