Fly to Uyuni this morning. Private guided full day 4-wheel-drive safari through the Uyuni Salt Flats. On route to Colchani, we make a brief stopover at the train cemetery. We continue to the Colchani Salt Mines. Heaving with around ten billion tonnes of salt, Salar de Uyuni is the world’s largest salt plain. Endless blue skies meet endless white plains, and it’s a pretty hypnotic sight - don’t forget to snap loads of photos! After learning how Incas extracted salt from the ground, we proceed towards the spectacular Incawasi Island. One of the highlights of a Salar de Uyuni tour is a hike around the spectacular Incahuasi Island. This hilly outpost is covered in Trichocereus cactus and surrounded by a flat white sea of hexagonal salt tiles. After a picnic lunch, we journey through the Uyuni Salt Flats to take spectacular Pictures of the Uyuni sunset. Then transportation to the Uyuni Airport for flight back to La Paz.

After breakfast, take the half day excursion to the Island of the Sun. Climb aboard a motorboat with your tour guide and cruise to the Sun Island, an exquisite land mass said to be the birthplace of Inca civilization. Disembark on the south side of the island and follow in the footsteps of ancient Incas by climbing 200 steps to the reputed fountain of youth. Wander past the atmospheric ruins of an Incan temple and then return to Copacabana. After lunch, transfer to La Paz, during the 3-hour journey to La Paz, lis- ten to engaging narratives of Andean culture and Incan legend as you pass some of Bolivia’s most spectacular scenery and board two ferries on-route to La Paz. La Paz, Bolivia. At around 3,600 metres, you’ll feel like you’re on top of the world in La Paz!  This morning, walk along the narrow streets of Rosario, San Jorge and San Miguel, some of the city's most lively neighborhoods. Arrive at the sprawling open-air Witch Doctor's Market, where women in bowler hats sell medicinal herbs and spices and other superstitious artifacts. See the San Francisco Cathedral, Presidential Palace and other important colonial-era buildings before ascending to the Mirador Killi Killi lookout point for a panoramic view of the entire city accented by snowcapped peaks. Afterwards, visit Moon Valley with its moon-like terrain and impressive views of the Andes Mountains. Return to La Paz in the afternoon, the rest of the day is your free time. Overnight in La Paz.

Begin with an early pickup at 07:00 a.m from your Uyuni hotel for a private tour to Sucre, stopping in Potosí along the way. Explore Potosí, known for its rich silver mining history and the impressive National Mint, with admissions and lunch included. Continue your journey to Sucre. Overnight in Sucre.

After breakfast, check out of your hotel and embark on a private guided tour of Sucre, visiting the ASUR Textile Museum and exploring the colonial heart of the city. Enjoy panoramic views from the city roofs before heading to Cal Orck’o for a guided Dinosaur footprint tour. In the afternoon, transfer to Sucre Airport for your flight return to Lima and onwards destinations.
