What are the rates for single travellers?

You can find the single traveller supplement price information under Price Chart on the website, and in “Price Notes” in the brochure.


What is Land Only means?

The Land Only prices exclude international air tickets from North America to the tour start point. However, intra-air tickets within the tour are included.


Are Land Only prices including airport transfers?

The Land Only prices include arrival and departure airport transfers in destination on designated tour arrival and departure date (and maybe designated arrival/departure time). Outside of the designated date and time will be extra charge.


Can I depart/return on a different date as indicated in itineraries?

Certainly, we do offer pre/post stay or tour extensions to our programs. Please consul with your agent for details.


Is there a child rate? How much is the child rate?

Children 11 years and under who share a room with two adults and do not ask for an extra bed will be charged the listed child fare or 75% of the regular adult price. If they need an extra bed in the same room with two adults, the cost will be 90% of the regular adult price. Discount ONLY applied to Land Only prices and airfare subject to airline policies. Children 12 and older will be charged at the regular adult price.

Child rate policy may be different for certain tours. Please confirm with your travel agent prior to make the booking.


What currency is displayed on website?

The prices featured on our US websites are displayed in USD. Our Canadian website features tours in CAD. Some optional program prices are listed in other currencies such as EUR and etc., please refer to itineraries.


What forms of payment does TripOppo accept?
We accept payment in form of personal cheque, bank draft, money order, wire transfer, Visa and Master credit cards or debit cards. Payments made within 30 days of departure must be made by credit or debit card. Third-party credit cards are not accepted.


To whom should I write the cheque? Where do I mail the cheque?
Cheque payments should include your Reservation number in the memo section and be made payable to TripOppo Inc.

Are there any discounts?

Yes. We offer 3% discount if the final payment is paid by cheque or cash. There is also first booking discount for new member who subscribes our newsletter. Other discounts refer to our promotion pages.


What are optional tours?
Optional tours offer additional sightseeing, meals or activities to supplement the included components of our tours. It is your choice to participate in some, all or none of the optional tours which are priced individually.


When can I add optional tours?
Optional tours are available for purchase any time up to two weeks before departure. Some tours are subject to availability on first come first serve bases.


Can I purchase optional tours locally?
Optional tours may be purchased locally, however, TripOppo cannot guarantee the rates and availability of these services when purchased locally.


Can I request special meals on tour and in flights?

Our vacations strive to introduce you to authentic flavors, so you can enjoy the destination in a deeper way. If you have special diet requests such as vegetarian, or food allergies, please request at the time of booking, and also notice with the Tour Manager when on tour; this can usually be accommodated when requested in advance, but cannot be guaranteed in certain countries and regions.


When will I receive my travel documents?

Travel documents including any air tickets (if applicable), itineraries, and other information are sent approximately two weeks prior to departure, provided full payment has been received.
