Today transfer to the airport for the flight to Hanoi, Vietnam.  Upon arrival in Hanoi, your tour guide and driver will welcome you at the airport then escort you to hotel in Halong city for check-in and tour briefing.

Breakfast at hotel. Board a boat and cruise among the inspiring limestone islets of Ha Long Bay. We’ll visit the wonders begotten by rock, wind and water over million years in the Cave of Marvels, breath in the panoramic view of the whole bay down under from the top of Titov Island. We also bob on bamboo boat into the quiet water of Luon Lagoon. Visit Sung Sot cave. Disembark around 4:00 PM. Transfer to Hanoi. Overnight at hotel in Hanoi.

After breakfast at hotel, drive to the historic complex of Ba Dinh. Visit Ba Dinh Square, Ho Chi Minh Mausoleum (outside) and continue to the One Pillar Pagoda, the must-see monument in Hanoi. Today take the full day tour with lunch visiting floating market, grand palace, and emerald buddha. This morning, travel to Damnoen Saduak floating market.Enjoy a long-tail motorboat riding to navigate through the canals surrounded by greenery. Spend some free time in the floating marketing, you will find vendors on rowing boats will be offering local snacks, tropical fruits, and tasty dishes. It is great for photo opportunities. Lunch at local restaurant. Then, we travel to the Grand Palace and the temple of the Emerald Buddha. Together, they provide Bangkok's most stunning sights for tourists. 

The Grand Palace is regarded as the most sacred site and spiritual heart of the Thai Kingdom. It is a complex of buildings featuring the fusion of traditional Thai architecture and the 19-th century European style. The temple of the Emerald Buddha consists of over 100 brightly colored buildings, golden spires and glittering mosaics, dating back to 1782, when Bangkok was founded. The Emerald Buddha in the temple is the main attraction. The revered figurine is made from a solid one piece of green jade. Return to the hotel and overnight in Bangkok

Today is free at leisure. Alternatively, you may join the optional Ayutthaya Golden Kingdom Tour with lunch (US$108/p)

After breakfast, Depart for Ayutthaya, Thailand’s former royal capital and UNESCO World Heritage site. Visit Wat Phanan Choeng, home to the revered 18-meter Luang Pho Tho Buddha, then continue to Wat Phra Si Sanphet, the former royal chapel known for its iconic three chedis. Enjoy lunch at a local restaurant, then, explore the Golden Building at Chao Sam Phraya National Museum, showcasing Ayutthaya-era gold treasures, royal regalia, and ritual objects. Return to hotel, overnight in Bangkok.
