Today explore Buenos Aires on a half-day tour with a local guide. Wander the cobbled streets of San Telmo and browse its antiques markets, then continue to Plaza de Mayo to see the presidential palace of Casa Rosada. Walk among the tombs of the Recoleta Cemetery, the final resting place of Eva Peron. From here transfer to La Boca and its well-known ‘Caminito’ district, before moving on to the lesser-known side of the neighbourhood. Balance of the afternoon at leisure.

Free day. Explore the town on your own. Buenos Aires is a great walking city. No matter where you start out, you will find beautiful architecture and tree-lined streets as you explore various areas. If you get lost, friendly Porteños will help you, as well as offer advice on their favorite sights. You may either join the Optional HD Tigre and Delta River Cruise del Parana(US$99, Min. 4 people). Or join the full day optional guided excursion to Estancia Santa Susana (US$180, Min. 4 pax). Experience the daily life of the gauchos – the cowboys of the fertile Pampas lowlands – as you’re introduced to their rural traditions, folk culture and culinary delicacies during an authentic barbecue. After arrival, set out for a tour of the ranch, checking out its museum, church and working barns. You can even choose to explore the grounds on horseback if you’d like. Prepare for a very special lunch, a genuine Argentine barbecue. Breathe in the mouthwatering aroma of freshly seasoned and grilled meats, which are served up by the friendly staff along with refreshing drinks, dessert and coffee. Your cultural immersion doesn’t end there, though. The gauchos round off your day with a spectacular show featuring the traditional equestrian sport corrida de sortija (horse taming) as well as a performance of regional folk dancing and the tango.

Depart Buenos Aires this morning on a flight to Iguassu Falls. As the majestic and awe-inspiring Falls, one of the world’s greatest natural wonders, Iguassu consists of over 275 separate cataracts across a span of two and one-half miles, wider than Victoria Falls and higher than Niagara Falls and more dramatic than both. Upon arrival, a rail car takes you to the top of the Falls on the Upper Circuit, and you will walk to the Lower Circuit where the power of nature surrounds you. Continue along the catwalks to Devil’s Gorge - stand in amazement as you gaze at spectacular “Devil’s Throat” the most magnificent of all of the cataracts. View, photograph and feel the spray of the thundering waters, one of nature’s most impressive achievements and a unique experience for your senses. Stand in awe at the unforgettable panoramic views before crossing the border to the Brazilian side of the Falls, for overnight. On-route we stop over at the massive Itaipu dam for a guided tour.

After breakfast, walk along the winding pathways on the Brazilian side of the majestic and awe-inspiring Falls. Then we visit the Iguaçu Falls National Park in Brazil. The water falls thunderously in virgin forest bright with orchids and serpentine creepers festooning the branches. Above the impact, a perpetual 30m high cloud of mist. The water plunges in 275 falls over a frontage of 2,470m. You may choose the optional Brazilian all-you-can-eat barbecue lunch for (US$45). In the afternoon, we visit Brazil’s most spectacular bird sanctuary and transfer back to the hotel.

After breakfast, take the flight to Rio de Janeiro. Upon arrival meet and greet by your tour guide. This afternoon is free at leisure or join the optional Half Day Sugar Loaf Mountain(US$48).This unique Rio landmark is located on a small peninsula at the entrance of the Guanabara Bay, forming two steep hills Urca with 220m and the Sugar Loaf with 575m. Join the  not-to-be-missed glass cable car ride that takes you to the top of iconic Sugar Loaf Mountain, symbol of the city, where you'll have the breathtaking 360-degree stunning panorama view of the beaches, Corcovado Mountain, downtown Rio and Guanabara Bay. After that, transfer to the hotel.

Begin the day with an ascent by a scenic cog railway to the summit of Corcovado Hill. Here, at 2,400 feet above the city stands the 125 foot tall statue of Christ the Redeemer. The Christ statue, that embraces the entire city, is designated as one of the seven "New Wonders of the World". See the thrilling 360 degree sweeping view of the city and understand why Rio is known as one of the most beautiful cities in the world. Then we stroll through the old Santa Teresa neighborhood. We will visit the Museum of Tomorrow and the world-renowned H. Stern Gem factory. Transfer back to your hotel along Rio’s beaches.

Continue to see the 17th century Monasterio de San Francisco complex with its magnificent tiles, ornately carved ceilings, exceptional paintings and world-renowned library. In a lush 19-acre nature reserve on the outskirts of Miraflores, Magic Water and Fountain Show is one of the most popular attractions in the city. Overnight in Lima.

Rise and shine for your journey into the wilds of the Peruvian Amazon. Take an early morning transfer to Lima airport, then board the flight to the frontier town of Puerto Maldonado. Upon arrival, meet your Safari Tour guide, head to the river pier, and leave most luggage in secure storage. Travel by motorized canoes (25 minutes) to the jungle lodge nestled in 819 hectares of pristine rainforest, a unique buffer zone between Tambopata National Park Reserve and Madre de Dios River. Prepare for an exciting jungle adventure! After a hearty buffet breakfast, join the canopy walkway excursion. A 25-minute motorized canoe ride brings you to the Inkaterra Canopy Walkway Interpretation Center. Ascend the first tower, 95 feet (29 m) high, and walk among treetops on suspension bridges connecting eight observation platforms for about 1.5 hours. Enjoy breathtaking views, spot unique flora and fauna, like toucans and monkeys, and explore the Anaconda Walk on a 200-meter wooden bridge over a wetland. Return to the lodge for lunch. In the evening, embark on a motorized canoe ride with your naturalist guide along the Madre de Dios River. Encounter jungle wildlife like hoatzins, macaws, and giant river otters if you're lucky. Learn about river ecosystems and nocturnal animals, then return to the lodge once again to freshen up, then enjoy some dinner. After dinner there will be an optional night walk through the jungle. Depart the lodge this morning after an early breakfast. You will be taken from the port to the airport. Departure to Cusco (35 minute flight), then meet and greet by your tour guide upon arrival in Cusco. In order to avoid altitude sickness, we drive down to the Sacred Inca Valley (2,000m). On-route we visit an indigenous Alpaca and Lama coop-farm. After a tasty Quinoa lunch, take a scenic drive to Pisac Village. There, explore the town and bargain with vendors on the cobblestone streets of the Pisac handicraft market. Enjoy a cultural blast as the entire town has been converted into a street market. Afterward, continue to your hotel in the Sacred Valley. Overnight in Sacred Valley.

This morning, transfer to the Machu Picchu entrance, then you will have a guided walking tour of the sanctuary. Machu Picchu was built circa 1450 and abandoned only 100 years later. The purpose of this splendid city is still a mystery to modern historians. Enjoy exploring the ancient citadel and marveling at the imposing Temple of the Sun, the House of the Priest, the Sacred Plaza and the intricately carved rock likely used as a sundial by the ancient Incas. The images of this significant archaeological site will be a long-lasting memory. You may choose to have the Optional Peruvian Buffet in Machu Picchu Village (US$30) for lunch. Take the train to Ollantaytambo Station and then transfer back to your hotel.

This morning, explore Sacsayhuaman, known for its remarkable Inca ruins and megalithic stone walls showcasing Inca engineering. Its name likely means "Royal Eagle" in Quechua. Then, uncover Cuzco, the former Inca capital, a UNESCO World Heritage Site, blending Incan and Spanish history. Walk the well-crafted Incan roads, starting from the central Plaza, and visit the Colonial Cathedral housing 400+ Cusqueña School paintings and colonial art. Lastly, see the Temple of the Sun, famed for its golden-covered walls and floors.

Today explore the Lake Titicaca waterways and the floating Uros Islands. The unusual 40-plus floating Uros Islands are the most photographed attractions on Lake Titicaca. The Uros people are known for their unique way of life on the lake. They live on artificial islands made of totora reeds, which grow abundantly in Lake Titicaca. These floating islands are built and constantly maintained by adding new layers of reeds. Learn about the way of life of the ancient Aymara people, then Navigation back to the Puno docks. Enjoy your free leisure in the  afternoon. Overnight in Puno. 

After breakfast, transfer to airport and fly to Lima. Upon arrival, transfer to hotel.
